KC Hire is a family owned business based in Newry.  Our aim is to provide for the equipment needs of all sectors of industry and the general public in our area and beyond. KC Hire was established in 1991 by Kevin down in Kilmorey Street.  As the business grew bigger we moved to Greenbank and finally to our destination now, Flagstaff Road. We having been serving the needs of those in the local area and wider afield for over 26 years.  Over the years we gained knowledge and experience in this ever-changing environment. We cater for all types of customers, from a D.I.Y enthusiast, to experienced builders, and from factories to farms.

Hire

To cater for customer’s needs, we have an extensive product range with over 800 hire products available in store.  Our workshop staff keep equipment to a high standard to ensure all machines are fit for their purpose. To keep up with increasing demand, we are continuously updating our fleet.  One of our delivery vehicles can deliver the equipment you need to your desired destination.  We deliver throughout Ireland, North or South of the border.  We strive to make delivery as promptly as requested. Customers are also able to avail of our additional service such as a large plant haulage service and maintenance and repair service for all plant and equipment.

Sales

Not only do we hire, we also sell, service and transport machines of any customer. On our premises we have a showroom selling various types of power tools gardening equipment etc., along with consumables and safety equipment.  If a customer requests a product that we do not currently stock, we do our best to get it in for them.

Repairs and Services

In our workshops we have experienced mechanics to service or repair and machines you may have. We can collect and deliver machines; supply and post spare parts for most makes of equipment and carry out warranty work for major manufacturers.   Although most of the repair work is carried out in our well equipped workshop, we can also accommodate onsite repairs.

Agriculture

As we are from an agricultural background, we have extensive knowledge of agricultural machinery. An assortment of agricultural equipment including tractors and drivers can be provided to help get all those jobs done around the farm. During the summer months our agricultural team can be found out in the fields cutting, baling and wrapping silage while at other times of the year they could be cutting hedges, post driving or muck spreading.

Online

We have recently branched out into e-sales. We sell a wide variety of items to customers all over the United Kingdom and are adding new items daily with very competitive prices.
